I have a folder of cards started that did not get finished, and my first attempt at making a card went into this folder. I stamped , heat embossed, distressed and inked ... and when this was all done i just couldn't get the card to come together so into the file it went . Attempt number two came together very quickly , which put an end to my frustrations.
The Shabby Tea Room 's challenge gave a photo inspiration as usual but also asked for a flag, pennants or banner. Several attempts at pennants ended up in the scraps file until i saw how beautifully Lea Lawson did her banners and decided to give it a bash.

Don't you love it when you are not sure where to start with a card ....but everything suddenly falls into place ?
That is what happened with this card i chose the image -Moonlight Chic ( love this image) from the Ooh-la-la Creations Passion for fashion CD and everything seemed to just come together after that.
The challenge at Ooh-la-la this week is a Bingo grid so pop over for there for inspiration and more details as I manage to almost make a full house by using pearls , flowers, lace , gems , diecuts and if I were to push my luck have used metallic paper and my card has sparkle.
