When my brother David visited us at Christmas time and was forced to look at my Scrap Albums, he commented that he did not feature on any of my pages (quite true). Not intentional , I just have no recent pictures of him .
As he made all the right noises while looking through my albums and did not rush through them ... I had to rectify the situation.
So here he is little brother in all his handsomeness.
I loved using my new stencil and gesso for this layout and think it adds to the masculine feel with the wood background paper, the gears and my handmade textured frame ... which I made following this tutorial from Yuko at My Creative Scrapbook.
I am taking part in the Scrap a thon at Scrap Our Stash ,#8 asks for icing (texture - gesso). I also used gesso on the frame.
Hope you like my layout (David?)
What a great masculine layout. Great paper and embellishments. Hugs, Ursula
ReplyDeleteTwo posts in one go, what a treat! I am sure that David will love this layout, beautiful details and Autumn shades. It reflects your garden, where he is sitting, because of those metals sculpture elements. Well done Sis! xxx
ReplyDeleteHe deserves to be in your album. Such a lovely masculine page. I love your gears.
