Something Blue



It feels so good to be carding again and visiting blogs to get ideas and admire some beautiful cards.
Quite by coincidence my last three cards have been blue... not a colour I use very often on its own. 


When I saw the 'Case " card at Case Study this week I knew I had a little birdhouse somewhere which  I had to use to join in the challenge. The little blue birdhouse is one of the many treasures my sister Dawn sends me on a regular basis as are the gems. 
The lovely ribbon was from Lil Daffodil a fellow carder and maker of beautiful cards .


i love this card and that is always a good feeling ... when you look at one of your cards and say " hell I rather like that"

And I am going to stretch 2 challenge themes here as I am not quite sure whether I meet the criteria but here it goes:
Totally Gorjuss has a Spring theme and I do think my card has a Spring feel????
And CAS-ual Fridays asks for 1) A pattern (on the ribbon) 2)An image and 3) a sentiment . I do have all of these elements but am not sure if I have the CAS look???
