Its a case

I enjoy the Case Study challenge as it is an opportunity to "copy" a great carders work without breaking the rules.
Generally I use the card as an inspiration and use perhaps one or two of the elements to case, but this weeks card had so many wonderful things happening that I had to try and get of much of it as I could.


It is Lauries last week as the muse and i hope you will join in or if not at least have a look at the wonderful card that is the  Case this week.


I have tried to use as many of her detail as I can: the dry embossing coloured with ink, the butterfly ,I have made my own tag, the lace replaces the doily and the peg the clip. 
All in all I am rather pleased with it , even though my photo highlights (and exaggerates)my smudgey inking- I used a sponge whereas i should have used a small brush.

I am entering in the Case Study challenge , as well as the challenge at the Paper players which is a Tic Tac Toe board and I have chosen Ribbon, blue colours (in the ribbon and the tag and the peg) and my choice which is lace .


I am also entering in the challenge at Moving Along With the Times which asks for flowers or gardens as well as the Anything Goes challenge at Creative Inspirations
