Take a bow

I am afraid this card looks rather dull when in actual fact it is not.
The ribbon is a deep chocolate brown and although the DP is a sort of washed brown it still looks a wee bit sharper in real life.
Maybe it's because i am sitting outside and the light is reflecting off the screen... I hope so.

Well for the first time ever there is a bow on my card(if there ever was one before it would have been a bought one )This is compliments of the bowmagig sent to me by Shaz Keanly from Cape Town thanks again Sharon.
Enjoyed making this card as I love the Penny Black images just as I loved the Beatrix Potter images when I  was younger, their faces and actions are so expressive.
I am entering the Penny Black Saturday all brown challenge , although there is a tiny bit of colour on the image I saw one of the DT members also used colour.
I followed the C.R.A.F.T sketch for this challenge and am also entering it for Crafty Cardmakers ...New technique (yes bows are techniques) and lastly
Pop over to these blogs they all offer prizes, lots of advise and there are lovely cards to view.
Might try to squeeze  one more card in, or otherwise I might be popping over to your blog for a visit.
Put the kettle on please
