sunflowers

Sunflowers are so amazing , they grow so easily and the contrast of yellow ,brownish black and green is stunning.
I think the sunflower image complements of my sister Dawn ,makes this card.
I have used the Papertake weekly sketch for inspiration and the colour specs of green, yellow and green from Rosie-D's  challenge and I am trying for the Ooh La lah challenge of bow, bling and button, and have substituted ribbon for the bow as i can't do bows yet.
 Did you hear the YET that means soon thanks to Sharon from Cape Town I will have a Bow magig and will not have to run away from bows .

    I remember these sunflowers from a parcel waaaaay back... nice to see that you are not so addicted to the stamps that you are ignoring all the other options! Nice photos too. Looking forward to seeing the view for myself soon. xxx

    Oh Wendy, what a delightful, sunny card. Love the new background (you know I love changing mine from time to time..lol). Your bowmagig will be posted this week. I was just a bit busy this weekend - sorry! I need to take pics to include with them, but it's easy! Thanks for the nice mention re my blog, very sweet of you.     From one Wendi to another what an absolutly lovely card so bright and vibrant I love sunflowers where we live we are surrounded by them in the summer and wow what a view how lucky are you
